This year's theme is "Service."

Keynote Speakers: Jon & Rhonda Harmon

Jon and Rhonda Harmon served in the U.S. Army—Rhonda as an Intelligence officer, and Jon as an Air Defense Artillery officer. Jon served in Saudi Arabia and Iraq during Operation Desert Storm. After their service in the military, Jon and Rhonda each went to law school—Rhonda attending Baylor School of Law and Jon the University of Texas Law School. Prior to laying aside her law practice to rear their children, Rhonda clerked with the U.S. 5 th Circuit Court of Appeals and later became a civil rights trial lawyer. In 2020, Rhonda was honored to be named the Richmond Christmas Mother. Jon has been at trial lawyer at McGuireWoods for over twenty-six years and is currently the Chairman of the firm. They have served for over twenty years in children’s and/or prison ministry. Both Jon and Rhonda are graduates of the United States Military Academy at West Point. They have been married for 32 years and have four children from ages 17 to 24.
